Brings New Content, Stability Improvements‘FIFA 16’ PS4, PC, Xbox One 1.03 Update Released,

FIFA Ultimate Team has also seen a few bug fixes with the Patch 3. Compare Price has been improved when using consumable items. Issues involving Goalkeeper as default for Player Roles, mismatched images of balls in settings, Concept Squad displayed as playable squad and opponent’s use of historical kits when in Play a Friend’s Squad have all been resolved. Finally, the default value in Buy Now option is now updated to the max value for items on sale on the Transfer Market.

The new content comes in the form of star heads for some of the players, particularly those who hail from newly promoted Barclays Premier League teams for the season. There are also new third kits for Barcelona, Roma and Inter Milan.

EA has also been listening to community feedback regarding issues in “FIFA 16.” The patch features some fixes that fans have identified, as detailed over at the EA support page.
The third patch for the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of “FIFA 16” has been released. It brings some stability improvements and, more importantly, some new content for avid players.

FIFA 16” will now have better online matchmaking, correctly timed team celebrations and correct flags in FIFA Pro Clubs. There are also now fixes for glitches with FIFA Online Seasons record exploits, resets for Pro Club accomplishments and unsaved screen size changes on the PS4.

Also it’s the last call for the Team of the Week for “FIFA 16” Ultimate Team. There is still one day to go to challenge the Team of the Week until Nov. 11. As usual, this is the segment wherein the FIFA Ultimate Team gathers all of the best players around so that players can challenge them in the mode, as stated in the EA Sports page.

The starting 11 players include Samir Handanovic, Luciano Fabian Monzon, Maicon, Laurent Koscielny, Arouna Kone, Granit Xhaka, Sergi Roberto, Riyad Mahrez, Marco Reus, Coutinho and Arkadiusz Milik. There are 12 reserves and five extra players to challenge. Team of the Week items can be obtained with FIFA Ultimate Team Packs, though they are randomly placed in packs.

Madden NFL 11 Player Ratings Steelers and Bengals

Will gamers still play as the Steelers when Roethlisberger is suspended? If so, you better run the ball. This week, ESPN continues its exclusive first look at the Madden NFL 11 player ratings by revealing the numbers for the Steelers and Bengals. When it comes to the Steelers, first thing gamers should do is check out the quarterback situation. When Ben Roethlisberger is suspended in real life, chances are, if you do a roster update online, you will lose him in the game for the suspension (still waiting to hear from EA Sports on the official word about this). So if Big Ben is taken out of the game, who is your new quarterback? In terms of Madden, Im taking my chances with Dennis Dixon. I know he only has 69 throwing accuracy, but I think with the running game, not to mention Dixons 84 speed and 85 acceleration, Ill be able to make enough plays to win. In The Elder Scrolls Online, you have an item limit

In those games there's a weight limit, and in the most recent releases even hitting that limit still allows you to move, albeit very slowly. In The Elder Scrolls Online, you have an item limit. 60 items to start. And when there's an abundance of items worth collecting—whether it be weapons and armor or the many materials and ingredients used in crafting items, potions, enchantments, foodstuffs, and so on—it's easy for anyone to hit 60 quickly (which I, in keeping with tradition, did within an hour or so of starting). They allow you to deposit items in the bank, and smartly give you access to crafting items from any crafting stations instead of having to withdraw what you need every time. They also let you purchase additional storage space in your personal pack and bank, but after the first addition of 10 more spaces (which also easily fills up), it becomes unbelievably expensive to add more. Because of this I'm constantly told that my inventory is full, forcing me to find something in my possession to get rid of just to replace it with something else more worth having. This is especially frustrating when completing a quest, as you're not allowed to accept the reward offered until removing something from your inventory.www.mmozt.com On top of all of this, many of the items you find are worth little to nothing at all. Even plenty of larger items like weapons and armor you would expect to be worth a decent pay day when added up aren't worth a single coin, meaning your only options are to destroy them for nothing or deconstruct them in hopes or gaining materials (which often results in nothing helpful being recovered). It takes a lot of the fun out of hoarding and selling all I've collected for a nice profit at the end of a quest. I've already gotten used to this dilemma, and it's something I can deal with, but the amount of time spent figuring out how to manage the inventory can really take away from time spent actually playing. It would be so much more appreciated if every player had their own little house where they could store as much as they wanted to keep or save for the future as you do in other Elder Scrolls games.

FIFA 15 Vs.PES 2015: 10 Key Aspects Reviewed And Compared

The ball floats through the air like a majestic bird in mid flight, 80,000 fans transfixed on its spinning movement. It falls on the chest of a burly centre forward who takes the pace off with an immaculate first touch, spins and recycles the ball out wide to his overlapping left full back who hits it first time. The thumping thud unleashed creates an unstoppable pile-driver that nearly rips through the net.

The crowd erupts in a chorus of boos and cheers. This is football.

For years, football games have lay stagnant in a self-induced coma. Konami, the once untouchable football simulation kings have struggled with mediocrity ever since the dawn of the seventh generation of consoles, and if you were lucky enough to enjoy their PS2 golden era, it's extremely hard not to reminisce about the glory days that fans enjoyed for years.

Truth be told, the magic of football has been lost with the divide between football purists and casual fans closing and unfortunately blending to form an uneasy hybrid in both series, FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer.

With a mixture of great, good and abysmal offerings from both sides, football games were starting to become tedious for fans. PES 2015 has transformed Konami's fortunes for the future of the series while EA have finally started to sort out the bug-infested mess that was FIFA 15 with some patches.

Both games have their flaws but finally, the playing field has been levelled with PES now a serious contender amongst football fans. It might be hard to separate the two games, but that's where this list comes in.

Revealed: Most traded player on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team

EA Sports have released information on all the stats within FIFA 15 and FIFA 15 Ultimate Team for the Premier League this season and it makes for interesting reading.

With the Premier League drawing to a close EA have released a number of interesting figures with regards to games played between Premier League clubs and Premier League players on FIFA 15 Ultimate Team.

There were over 140 million games this season with over 333 million goals, two very impressive numbers.

It is absolutely no surprise that Diego Costa of Chelsea led the way in terms of goals, the Blues are the best Premier League team to use in the game and Costa is sensational.

In total players scored over 56.5 million goals using Costa which was considerably more than second placed Sergio Aguero who got 36.7 million.

Its a sign of how desperate Manchester United fans were to see their team succeed that both Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao were in the top four.

Moving on to the top five traded players and the number one in this list was Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny (yeah were not sure either).

Koscielny is a great player both in real life and in FIFA 15 Ultimate Team but to be the number one player? We were very surprised.

Loic Remy and Kyle Walker were both no surprise given their pace whilst Eliaquim Mangala and Aaron Ramsey finished off the top five traded players.

Interestingly Manchester Citys home kit from 1884 was one of the most traded kits but Manchester Uniteds away kit from this season won that particular battle.

World of Warcraft lead designer on why 7M players stuck around — and why 3M left

Blizzard Entertainment isn’t accepting the doom-and-gloom reports about World of Warcraft’s changing subscriber base (and neither is one analyst).

The massively multiplayer online role-playing game has always seen peaks and valleys in subscriptions when a new expansion comes out, but never more so than with last fall’s Warlords of Draenor.

Paying players surged by millions, to heights not seen in years — then plunged nearly as precipitously, leaving the game this month about 300,000 subscribers ahead of its low point in the Mists of Pandaria expansion.

GamesBeat interviewed with lead game designer Ion “Watcher” Hazzikostas to chat about the recent roller-coaster ride, and ended up having a wide-ranging conversation that discussed how in the heck a 10-year-old game still pulls in 7 million people — and what those players have to look forward to that should keep them paying those monthly bills.

He also objected to a popular argument by longtime players that World of Warcraft has gotten easier to play and outlined some things that Blizzard finds disappointing with its flagship game and plans to fix.

GamesBeat: How much do you pay attention to the rise and fall of subscribers?

Ion “Watcher” Hazzikostas: Obviously, it was tremendously exciting to see the reception that Warlords got. It was gratifying for us; it affirmed that we had picked the right idea and the right setting for an expansion and managed to deliver on an experience that really got a lot of people excited about the game. At the same time, we try to be even-handed in how we consider what those subscriber numbers do over time.

Our goal first and foremost is just to make a fun and engaging experience. It’s not about chasing numbers as much as [it’s about] making a fun game. We have faith that the numbers will follow in the wake of that.

GamesBeat: Are people playing differently since the start of the Warlords expansion?

Hazzikostas: We’re seeing more people than ever before doing organized [large group dungeon] raiding, which is really cool and a testament to some of the conveniences and benefits of things like cross-server raiding in current-tier content, flexible group size, the premade group finder, and the more-accessible normal difficulty.

All of those things mean that a significantly larger percentage of the player base, compared to any prior expansion, is actually going in with a premade group and experiencing our raid content. We’re seeing tons of tons of PvP use of the premade group finder as well [to achieve group objectives].

GamesBeat: Has anything about the content in the Warlords expansion disappointed you?

Hazzikostas: There are areas where we’ve seen slight declines, but we attribute that largely to a failure on our part to properly keep them incentivized and interesting.

I think [five-player] dungeons is a great example of a shortcoming there. We created a bunch of new dungeons for Warlords of Draenor, but we didn’t really give much reason to keep running them after the initial weeks or couple of months of the expansion.

In the past, you kept running Mists [of Pandaria] dungeons, which probably overstayed their welcome a little bit, but you kept running them for valor points [which you could exchange for gear] a year-plus into the expansion.

We felt that was a little silly to keep running the same content as you got stronger and stronger and stronger, still getting that reward, which is why we removed something like valor points. But I think we went too far.

GamesBeat: Have the player-created garrison towns in Warlords, which offer missions for followers you recruit in game, changed the amount of time people log in? Players joke about playing “World of Garrisoncraft.”

Hazzikostas: One of the things that garrisons do is give players reasons to log in deliberately in short spurts when they wouldn’t have logged in at all otherwise.

In prior expansions, if you didn’t have a couple of hours to play, you might have not logged into the game at all. Now, it’s actually a pretty commonplace thing to say well, I have my morning cup of coffee, I’m getting ready, I have five minutes. I’m going to log into WoW, collect my mission rewards, send my guys out on new missions, and then log off.

Those login sessions, they’re simply a different type of experiencing the game. I don’t know that those are coming at the direct expense of, I’m going to log on and go do my guild raid, or I’m going to log on and do battlegrounds, or do PvP or whatever else I might have been doing — core multiplayer social functions.

FIFA 15 issues another free Ultimate Team rare 25K pack today

Seems like EA is giving away freebie packs for Ultimate Team in FIFA 15 left and right these days. Last week they dished out three across a Community Weekend and today theyre offering another 25K rare gold pack to everybody.

This is tangentially connected to last nights maintenance, which by the sounds of things was in order to make Ultimate Team store improvements.

Heres the twitter post announcing the latest pack giveaway. As tends to be the case with these, the players are not tradeable.

6pm UK time was about ten minutes ago at the time of writing, and the FIFA 15 Ultimate Team packs have indeed been given out. Since the Web App actually seemed to be working, I was able to check (and open) the pack through that method. I got a Dutch lad named Douglas (and a few guys who were worse.) Not terribly exciting, but thats the luck of the draw.
